Job description

The Emergency Department at Montefiore Medical Center is one of the top five busiest in the United States and the most-visited in the state of New York. Drawing approximately 275,000 visits from patients age 21 and over each year from Westchester, Manhattan, Connecticut, and the Bronx, our Board-Certified physicians' dedication to providing excellent emergency services to the surrounding community is unsurpassed.

We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine trained provider to lead our collegial team of 32 physicians as Medical Director at our Moses campus in the Bronx, NY. This provider should be operationally focused and have experience leading teams including a fully trained support staff of 21 PAs, 11 NPs, and over 87 RNs, LPNs, and PCTs.

In addition to a highly competitive salary range of $395,000-430,000, we offer an additional bonus and productivity incentives, as well as a full benefits package including paid malpractice insurance, 403(b), LTD, STD, health, dental and vision insurance, and academic appointment at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
