Job summary

Emergency Telecommunicator Services is seeking Emergency Medical Dispatchers for Ewan, NJ. You will handle urgent medical calls, gather critical information, and determine response priorities in coordination with ambulance and EMS teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls involving illness, injury, and other medical emergencies.
• Confirm patient location, callback number, and access details.
• Ask approved questions about patient condition.
• Determine response priority using the EMS dispatch system.
• Dispatch or coordinate ambulance resources as assigned.
• Relay information and scene hazards to responders and document call processing.
