Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or equivalent;
• Associate's degree and six years of related experience or equivalent;
• California CCC Instructor's Credential in Fire Science must be satisfied or equiv.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent instruction and faculty support to students, including evening, weekend, online or hybrid assignments.
• Provide academic assistance and related services during scheduled office hours.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to diverse backgrounds of students, staff and community.
• Maintain currency in field(s) of expertise and deliver instruction.
• Faculty focus on instruction and student services, with possible additional duties for extra compensation.
