Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's in Emergency Management or related experience, plus several years of program coordination and staff supervision. Strong Microsoft Office and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management or related field.
• Five years of full-time work experience in Emergency Management or related fields.
• Two years of experience instructing, training, or coordinating training programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large-scale trainings and exercises across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal and external staff to develop and execute training plans.
• Assist in long-range, multi-year, multi-agency training programs.
• Maintain documentation and track training metrics.
