Job summary

The State of Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs is seeking a WIARNG Emergency Management Program Coordinator (Senior). The role is based in Madison, WI, and will generally be a full-time, weekday schedule with a 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. workday.

The EMPC leads the Wisconsin Army National Guard Emergency Management program and collaborates with local, state, federal, and tribal EM partners. Starting pay ranges from $35.00 to $37.50 per hour on the 07-03 pay scale, with a 12-month probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Training and/or experience working in an emergency management program.
• Minimum Qualifications: Professional/work experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, manage, and monitor a comprehensive WIARNG Emergency Management program.
• Coordinate with local, state, federal, and tribal EM entities for operations, plans, and guidance.
• Develop, execute, and sustain EM program activities, including budgets, assessments, and program reviews.
