Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking a dedicated manager to coordinate patient care and lead staffing in a high-performing emergency/acute care environment. This role focuses on personnel management, equipment maintenance, and budget adherence to support departmental goals.

The position requires leadership experience in emergency medicine settings, ability to develop staff, and a collaborative approach to improve patient outcomes across both campuses.

Qualifications

• Team Lead/Charge and/or ANM experience preferred.
• Emergency Medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
• May participate in the development of departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those goals.
