Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency fire and water damage calls.
• Extract water using pumps, vacuums, and specialized drying equipment.
• Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture detection equipment.
• Clean and restore structures and contents damaged by fire, smoke, soot, and water.
• Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, insulation, and debris.
• Document job progress, moisture readings, and completed work.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Load, unload, clean, and maintain restoration equipment and vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance representatives, and team members.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency response services.
