Servpro Industries is seeking a hands-on restoration/handyman professional in Michigan to respond to emergencies and perform restoration tasks across water and fire incidents. You will load tools, coordinate equipment, and communicate with clients about the process, ensuring safe, thorough cleanup and restoration.

A valid driver's license and willingness to work evenings and weekends are required. IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restoration or construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to work on-call including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations (water, fire) promptly.
• Perform restoration activities (water extraction, drying, equipment setup, demolition).
• Load and maintain vehicles with tools and supplies.
• Communicate safety hazards and job-site needs to supervisors.
• Maintain client communication and explain restoration process.
