Job summary

Gold-Rush-Gaming is seeking a route collector to join a team that securely transports cash to our locations and logs meter readings. The role requires travel to customer sites, minor maintenance on machines, and strict adherence to security procedures.

The candidate must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a detailed Illinois Gaming Board background check. Responsibilities include setting redemption loads for VGTs/RTs, replenishing cassettes, maintaining equipment, and enforcing

• Pass a background check with the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Carry and conceal license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting redemption loads for video gaming terminals (VGT's) and redemption terminals (RT's)
• Replenishing cassettes, installing, maintaining and servicing amusement and video gaming equipment owned/operated by the Company located in contracted establishments
• Enforcing established rules and procedures intended to protect employees and customers
• Maintain exceptional Customer Service with location staff and patrons
• Assisting in other areas as needed

Job description

The mission of the route collector is to function as part of a team that collects, secures, and delivers cash to our locations. The route collector will travel to customer locations to securely transport cash, log meter readings, and perform minor maintenance on machines. The candidate must be 21 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and pass a detailed background check with the Illinois Gaming Board.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to read, write and use basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, managers, and across departments.
• Prefer applicant to have carry and conceal license.
• EARLY MORNING SHIFT

Education

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be able to pass a background check with the Illinois Gaming Board which includes fingerprinting.
