Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
• CPR certification is required/preferred to support emergency response duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch operations with police officers and EMS during routine and crisis situations.
• Operate and interpret dispatch communications systems; relay critical information in real time.
• Maintain bias-free and professional interactions with the public and agencies.
