• Provide pre-arrival instructions including CPR guidance.
• Assign and dispatch law enforcement, fire, and EMS based on priority.
• Operate dispatch equipment and maintain call logs and reports.
• Coordinate mutual aid and liaise between agencies.
• Maintain situational awareness and update responders in real time.
