Job summary

Stadium Medical, Inc. is seeking a Communications Specialist / Dispatcher for full-time, on-site work at our Lakewood, CO location.

You will manage emergency-related communications, coordinate with EMS units, and ensure accurate documentation to support rapid, effective responses. The ideal candidate has prior dispatch/communications experience, strong English communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time dispatch or EMS experience required, or 6 months with the agency.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and able to communicate clearly.
• Ability to think quickly and exercise good judgment in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency response efforts between dispatch and EMS units.
• Maintain precise and accessible records of all dispatch activities.
• Act as the critical link between those needing emergency assistance and field personnel.
• Support 24/7 operations, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
