Responsibilities

• Collect vital signs, weight, pulse oximetry, pain scale, and nutrition intake; document appropriately.
• Recognize and report abnormal data; follow orders and document interventions.
• Provide direct technical care; assist with mobility, toileting, feeding and personal care.
