Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. This role requires a background in acute care or ED settings and offers a full-time evening shift with a Level II Trauma Center environment.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree (Diploma/ADN/BSN), active Ohio RN licensure, and BLS, with ACLS and PALS expected by hire or within a year. TNCC/ENPC are required within 24 months.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN or ED experience; military RN acceptable.
• Current RN license in state; BLS required; ACLS and PALS by hire or within 12 months.
• TNCC or ENPC required within 24 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
