Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Regional Float Pool across the St. Louis region. This part-time night shift role offers flexibility to work across Mercy St.

Louis and surrounding facilities, with opportunities to care for adult/geriatric patients in dynamic environments. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized nursing care, while joining a collaborative care team and maintaining clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred as a higher credential.
• Maintain current RN license in hiring state/compact.
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience, with at least 6 months in last year.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care per standards.
• Work across multiple hospitals in Mercy's Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
