Job summary
Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking experienced RNs to join a multi-hospital float team across the St. Louis region. This part-time night shift role offers dynamic scope, cross-site coverage, and opportunities for growth within Mercy.
Minimum ED experience, BSN preferred, and licensure compliant with state requirements are essential. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 with no contract, plus regional differentials, stay premium pay, and education assistance including tuition reimbursement and ASN to BSN
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state/compact licensure.
- Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience; 6 months in last year.
- BLS certification; ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC and MANDT within 90 days of hire.
- BSN preferred; Epic experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
- Report to facilities within the regional footprint of the home hospital.
- Work across Mercy St Louis and surrounding hospitals as part of the Regional Float Pool.
- Collaborate with diverse care teams and adapt to varied patient populations.
