Job summary

Inova Cornwall Campus & Inova Ashburn Campus- Freestanding Emergency Department is seeking an experienced ED Nurse for full-time day shifts with occasional nights. The role will float between Inova Cornwall FSED and Inova Ashburn FSED, with rotating weekends and a sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience in critical care or completion of a critical care fellowship.
• BSN or ADN required; if ADN, plan to complete BSN within 5 years with steps outlined by leadership.
• Licensed or eligible for Virginia RN license; current BLS; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 6 months (for pediatric units).

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable clinical practice and care coordination.
• Care for patients in a patient and family-centered manner.
• Follow standards/guidelines and care pathways; perform additional duties as assigned.
