Job summary

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) position includes five weekend shifts every six weeks and eligible sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience in critical care or ER.
• BSN or ADN; plan to complete BSN within 5 years.
• Licensed or eligible for Virginia RN license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable clinical care and coordinate care with the health team.
• Support overflow unit in caring for non-emergency patients.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care and use evidence-based practices.
• Adhere to standards, guidelines, and care pathways to improve outcomes.
