Job summary

Inova Cornwall Campus & Inova Ashburn Campus- Freestanding Emergency Department in Leesburg, VA is seeking an experienced ED Nurse for a full-time, mid-shift role (3pm-3am) with rotating weekends. This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience; critical care experience preferred.
• BSN or ADN required; if ADN, plan to complete BSN within 5 years with nurse leader approval.
• Licensed or eligible for Virginia RN license.
• BLS; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 6 months for pediatric units.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care in ED with a patient- and family-centered approach.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare delivery team.
• Follow standards, guidelines and pathways for care delivery.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
