Job summary

Inova Cornwall Campus & Inova Ashburn Campus- Freestanding Emergency Department is seeking an experienced ED Nurse. The position supports 3-12 hour shifts, with rotating weekends, and will float between two campuses. It offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience in critical care or completion of a critical care fellowship.
• BSN or ADN; if ADN, BSN plan and timeline must be provided within 2 years of hire; BSN completed within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care in an ED setting with patient- and family-centered approach.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Follow standards, guidelines and pathways for ED care; may perform additional duties as assigned.
