Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the Emergency Department in Plainfield, IL. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with a night shift (11am–11:30pm) and rotating holidays and weekends.

You will assist RNs by performing patient care tasks to support comfort and safety, with CPR certification required and EMT-B preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• EMT-B certification is preferred.
• Minimum six months of patient care experience or nursing clinical rotation or EMT-B coursework.
• Care Companion Course to be completed within six months if required by the department.
• Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, prioritization and following directions.
