Mayo Clinic in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking an Emergency Department Paramedic to join our ED team. You will deliver high-quality pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency care, coordinate with physicians and nurses, and help improve patient throughput and care quality across the full ED visit.

Qualifications

• Registered with NREMT and active status.
• Must hold Wisconsin Paramedic License.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS current and maintained.
• 2 years of emergency care experience.
• Ability to work in mass casualty events.
• Proficient with computer/EMR and office tech.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, assist ED staff with delegated patient care tasks.
• Initiate and provide care within scope of practice in emergencies.
• Provide care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Perform intubation, medication administration, bedside procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and technicians.
• Support patient throughput and ED flow, reduce delays.
• Document care in the electronic medical record throughout the visit.
