Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking Emergency Department Paramedics to join the ED care team. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to deliver high-quality emergency care and support patient throughput from arrival to discharge.

Eligible candidates will have Wisconsin paramedic licensure and ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications, with at least two years of emergency patient care experience. This role offers a robust benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin Paramedic license with active registry.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required and maintained.
• Minimum 2 years of emergency patient care experience in pre-hospital or hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist ED staff with delegated direct and indirect patient care within scope of practice.
• Provide care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients as part of a collaborative team.
• Support patient throughput, triage, EKGs, IV access, medications, and diagnostic testing.
• Document care in the EHR and participate in the ongoing plan of care.
