Job summary

Christian Hospital is seeking an experienced nurse leader to coordinate patient care, staffing and payroll for the Emergency Department. You will hire, train and evaluate staff, ensure department productivity, and develop plans of care aligned with policy.

Requirements include RN license, Nursing Diploma/Associate degree, 2-5 years in nursing, and preferred Bachelor's in Nursing with 5-10 years experience. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts development plans.
