Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with expected BSN within five years.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care environment.
• Current Michigan Nursing License.
• Valid BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift supervisor and clinical liaison with staff, physicians, and management.
• Mentor, coach, and supervise nursing staff to maintain unit standards and a team environment.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, monitoring, and performance evaluations.
• Plan staffing to meet patient needs within budget and unit goals.
• Participate in quality metrics planning, evaluation, and improved clinical practice.
• Foster positive customer service and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
