You will participate in staffing, hiring support, performance evaluations, and QA activities, while promoting evidence‑based practice and staff development.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with expectation to obtain BSN within five years.
• Two years’ experience in an acute care environment.
• Active Michigan nursing license.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Leadership experience (Charge Nurse/Shift Supervisor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift supervisor and clinical liaison with staff, physicians and management.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, evaluation, and staff development.
• Mentor, coach, and support staff to meet unit standards.
• Plan staffing and assign staff according to patient needs and budget.
• Contribute to QA, research, and evidence‑based practice initiatives.
