Job summary

University of Kentucky is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Technician for the Emergency Department. Qualifications

• Experience reading ECG and heart rhythms preferred.
• Ability to work three 12.5-hour shifts per week, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac physiological data and document changes in rhythm.
• Review alarms to reduce false alarms and improve patient safety.
• Maintain and troubleshoot monitors and related equipment; ensure proper placement and function.
• Serve as a resource to clinical areas and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
