Obtains complete, accurate and relevant patient data for the purpose of registration for the outpatient, free-standing emergency department and inpatient population.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Performs direct patient care, including, but not limited to: 1. Vital signs 2. Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) 3. 12-lead EKGs 4. Point of care testing 5. Splint application, wound care 6. Assist in procedures, code response and room preparation for incoming patients 7.
