Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous ED Tech or nursing support experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred or obtained prior to direct patient care.
• EMR/EMT/Medical Assisting credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care, vital signs, hygiene, mobility, and wound care under RN supervision.
• Perform data collection, patient screenings, and accurate documentation.
• Provide 1:1 patient safety companionship as needed.
• Coordinate handoff reports and communicate changes to the nurse.
• Ensure high-level customer service to patients and families.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
