Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a .6 FTE ED Technician I position at MUSC.
• Certified Nursing Assistant, EMT, CMA, Paramedic, or Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT).
• Experience in a military medical occupation.
• At least 1 year of inpatient hospital experience.
• A college degree.
• Active enrollment in nursing school with completion of Nursing Fundamentals from an accredited institution.
• Active enrollment in a healthcare related field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Support RN with multi-skilled activities to aid patient-centered care.
• Assist in achieving desired clinical outcomes through delegated tasks.
• Work under Nurse Manager direction in ED.
