Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital seeks an ED Unit Services Technician to support the Emergency Department. You will assist with EKGs, phlebotomy, patient transport, equipment restocking, and clerical duties to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role covers 24-hour rotating shifts onsite at 1133 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain, MA, with pay range shown for hourly positions. A High School Diploma is required; BLS and CNA/EMT credentials are noted as acceptable records.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Experience as a medical technician or patient care assistant in an Emergency setting preferred.
• ED: ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide EKGs and phlebotomy under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Transport patients and specimens to testing and lab areas.
• Stock rooms and restock glidescope and medical supplies.
• Perform secretarial duties to support the ED workflow and patient flow.
