Job summary

Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd in Oklahoma seeks a Weekend Night RN to support the Emergency Department. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week and requires graduation from an accredited nursing program.

You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with other departments to evaluate care.

Note: Not accepting new graduate applications for this role; BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and ability to bend/kneel/twist.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for patient care provision for assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
