Job summary

Mercy Hospital in Bethany, OK is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for the Emergency Department on an evening shift. This full-time position covers 36 hours per week from 1pm to 1am, supporting high-quality patient care.

You will apply the nursing process to provide safe care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality as part of Mercy's compassionate mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking.
• Basic Life Support certification or eligible within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
