Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a dedicated RN for the Emergency Department. You will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with other departments in a 26-bed ED that operates 24/7.

This full-time, 36-hour/week role offers a 9:00am–9:30pm shift, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for experienced nurses, and Day-One benefits including medical, dental and vision.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days)
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly
• Must Live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality
