Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. Full Time 36 hrs/week, shift 9:00am-9:30pm, 26-bed ED, 24/7 operations, nurse-to-patient ratio 1:4.

You will provide nursing process-based care, maintain patient rights, coordinate with departments. Benefits start Day One, tuition reimbursement, PTO, retirement matching, shift differentials, and sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• ACLS, BLS certifications required (or within 30 days).
• Unit-specific certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
