Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Harbour View Medical Center. You will apply strong clinical skills, coordinate care quickly in a busy ED, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing, state RN licensure, and at least one year of professional RN experience, preferably in emergency or critical care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• One year of RN experience preferred in ED/ICU.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and determine care priorities.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced ED.
• Administer medications per policy and safety standards.
• Develop and adjust care plans to improve outcomes.
