Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room at the Chester Emergency Department. The ER RN will deliver high-quality care, assess and plan patient care, and collaborate with an interprofessional team in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS with preferred experience in ED or critical care. A sign-on bonus up to $10k is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred (must obtain ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Assess patient status and update care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policy and practice.
