Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Adult Emergency Department at St. Mary’s Hospital on the night shift (7:30p–8a). The role emphasizes leadership, rapid assessment, and collaborative care in a high- intensity ER setting.

A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 may be available for FT hires, with restrictions; internal associates are not eligible. Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, active RN licensure, and at least one year of professional RN experience;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• 1 year of RN experience.
• EPIC EHR training preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high intensity setting.
• Evaluate, update and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patients' care coordination across departments.
• Provide care to patients ranging from short-stay to trauma.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
