Central Maine Medical Center is seeking Experienced Emergency Department RNs for full-time Night shifts. You will deliver compassionate, safe care in a fast-paced ED, with autonomous decision-making and teamwork as core values.

Earn $37.00–$51.28 per hour plus a $20,000 sign-on for experienced RNs, with $10,000 for new grads. Comprehensive benefits and streamlined hiring support your growth.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• PALS certificate and/or ENPC within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year experience as staff nurse RN in acute care hospital; ER setting preferred.
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Telemetry/ED.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nurses.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and treatment response.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
