Baptist Health in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for ED duties at Baptist Medical Center South. The RN will supervise nursing staff on shift, coordinate patient care, and ensure quality and continuity of care in alignment with the nursing process.

Qualifications include active RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree with BSN preferred; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area. This is a full-time, first-shift position in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS required.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc) may be required depending on area assigned.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• May have additional duties within the scope of the role.
