Nutex Health, Inc. is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (PRN) for our West Little Rock ER & Hospital. The role involves triage, patient assessment, and urgent care for all ages, with supervision of ED staff. Two years ER experience and active state nursing licensure are required.

The position requires current BCLS/CPR; ACLS/PALS or ENPC and TNCC are preferred. English fluency and strong critical thinking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of emergency room experience.
• Current Licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Current BCLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with head-to-toe evaluations and determine condition severity.
• Perform triage and assign care levels based on urgency.
• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages following protocols.
• Administer medications following the five rights and safety checks.
• Supervise ED techs and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain plans and provide education.
• Collaborate with physicians and health team on care plans.
• Maintain infection control and a safe, clean work environment.
