Job summary

The Ohio State University, East Hospital – Emergency Department, seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to join the team on the second shift in a part-time capacity. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic ED environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, supervising other nurses and support staff, and ensuring adherence to unit standards and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage care to the patient and family; direct and supervise the patient care team.
• Assess, prescribe, implement, coordinate, delegatе and evaluate nursing care.
• Prioritize patient care needs and provide leadership and development of the patient care team.
