Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a part-time night shift in Woodstock, IL. The role provides direct care to acutely ill patients in a fast-paced ED and coordinates with physicians and healthcare teams.

The position requires a BSN (or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within three years), IL RN license, and BLS. Part-time schedule is 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE) with an hourly pay range of $34.50–$55.20.

Qualificações

• Current Illinois RN license.
• BLS certification.

• ADN acceptable with plan to obtain BSN within 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Collects and analyzes data, develops an individualized plan, coordinates care and evaluates progress toward outcomes.
• Directs care and utilizes nursing staff involved in direct patient care.
• Collaborates with patient, family, physicians and staff; documents plan and communications.
• Participates in shared governance and unit projects.
• Evaluates patient responses and adapts the care plan accordingly.
• Uses evidence-based practice to guide clinical decisions.
