Job summary

Advocate Health’s ambulatory RN clinic float pool in Milwaukee seeks an experienced full-time Registered Nurse. You will support multiple clinics with 8-hour shifts, coordinating patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

The role requires a BSN (preferred), an active RN license in Wisconsin, and BLS certification, with 1–2 years of RN experience preferred. A $4.00 float differential applies and transportation is essential for float rotations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
• 1–2 years of clinical RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Follow established standards, policies, and procedures in all patient interactions.
