Job summary

Advocate Health, Wisconsin Float Pool, seeks a part-time Emergency Department RN to support multiple facilities in Zone 3 with self-scheduled shifts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of ED experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications. Weekend and holiday coverage required; night shifts available.

The role offers self-scheduling, float assignments across St. Luke's, South Shore, Mount Pleasant, Summit, Kenosha, Lakeland, and Burlington with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across ED.
• Float to multiple care environments within Zone 3 as needed.
• Lead safety initiatives to ensure patient care quality.
• Coordinate care for diverse patient populations across facilities.
