Qualifikationen

• ACLS certification within 90 days of start date is required.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date is required.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of start date is required.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year of start date is required.
• RN with at least 6 months of experience is required.
• PALS or equivalent pediatric life support within 90 days of start date is required.
• Compact RN license must be endorsed to Texas within 60 days of employment.

• Assess patient pain regularly and promote effective pain management with reassessments after interventions.
• Perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered; document care in the medical record promptly.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps; translate medical terms as needed.
• Provide guidance on non-medicinal follow-up measures and self-management for long-term health.
