Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
• If telehealth/virtual, license in the client's state is required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; engages patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains a culture of safety and ensures accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities to meet patient care needs.
