Join Aurora Medical Center - Mount Pleasant as a Registered Nurse in a high-energy Emergency Department. The 36-hour work week features 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00 with every third weekend and rotating holidays. The ED has 17 beds with overflow capacity and cares for a wide patient mix, emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards and policies.
• Lead efforts to ensure a safe patient environment and positive experience.

Skills

Nursing patient care
