Job summary

The Emergency Department at Aurora Medical Center – Mount Pleasant is seeking a registered nurse to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and quality care during 12-hour shifts in a busy ED.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in alignment with standards and policies. Lead in clinical decision making, communication, and teamwork to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
