Job summary

Advocate Health's Aurora Medical Center – Kenosha is seeking an RN for a fast-paced Emergency Department. You will coordinate comprehensive patient care using evidence-based practice and teamwork to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts from 11a to 11p, with a Weekend Program (Saturday/Sunday plus one other day) and weekend premium pay on Saturdays and Sundays. Rotating holidays are included.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• RN license issued by the state of practice
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• ACLS and/or PALS within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience.
• Apply evidence-based practice and strong communication in fast‑paced ED settings
